I’ve created another blood element to share this week. I got some feedback on the previous blood element I shared but have not incorporated that yet. A friend of mine asked for a long stringy element and my former teacher, the fantastically talented Rob Nederhorst, suggested I make more of an aerosolized spray. I have done exactly neither of those things with this one. I made a few of these elements before showing them to anyone so this one was “in the can” as they say, before I got their feedback. That being said, I’m about to work on some additional elements based on their thoughts. If you have anything you’d like to see let me know in the comments below or message me on social media and I will get to it as quickly as I can.
This blood element is provided as 3 2160×4096 .EXR sequences. One sequence from straight on, one from 45 degrees and one from the side. The EXRs contain a beauty pass as well a separate pass for key, fill and environment lights.
